Established in 2011, Pilates Life Studio has grown to become highly regarded as one of South Florida’s leading Pilates instruction and education studios.  We specialize in private, semi-private, group mat and equipment classes.  The Studio is fully equipped with Reformers, Towers, Cadillacs, Ladder barrels, Chairs, Ped-o-pulls, Spine correctors, Arcs, and small auxiliary equipment — all from top suppliers, including Gratz™, Balanced Body, and Peak Pilates®

Pilates Life’s highly qualified instructors create safe and effective workouts for every individual, no matter their age or fitness level.  Each customized program carefully retains the traditional, core elements developed and codified by Joseph Pilates. 

Pilates Life serves as the home of Lolita’s Pilates Center, to where instructors come from around the world to further hone their craft in Pilates' elder Lolita San Miguel’s renowned Master Mentor Program.
